Mindfulness
Mindfulness teaches us to pay particular attention to what happens to us and around us, “here and now”. Mindfulness allows us to increase our awareness of what is happening in the moment- with kindness and curiosity and without judgement. It teaches us to stop the avalanche of thoughts, recognize our emotions and opens us to experiences. This ability helps us to replace automatic, often harmful, responses, with more conscious reactions.
