A Unique Curriculum
The Institute for the Development of Emotions, has prepared its own program for social and emotional learning, where we focus on developing emotional intelligence in children. Taking advantage of educational programs of emotional and social learning from organizations such as Casel, IELDS, AERA and our own experiences and knowlege about close to our heart methods of education (Montessori, Integrated curriculum) we created a modern and unique curriculum focused on emotional and social development.
Each member of the preschool has been trained on the topic of emotions and emotional intelligence in working with children. Employees of the Emotional Development Institute actively participate in the daily life of the preschooler. They watch over the authenticity and quality of the teaching to effectively support your child’s social and emotional development to reach reasonable expectations.
Modern Teaching Methods
We develop emotional intelligence of the child through methods, techniques and communication which help build a stable self-esteem, and show the advantages of being independent, responsible, courageous and creative. We teach cooperation and internal motivation in achieving goals and solving problems.
Better Start Leads to Further Success in a Child
Proper emotional development in a child aged 3-6 is a milestone, thanks to which the child will have a smoother path to success in many areas of life in the future. Preschool age is the best time to help your child acquire skills, by psychologists, known as emotional intelligence. It is important to consider this in a child’s growth because even very capable children can have difficulty achieving good results in school because of inability to cope with their emotions.
